Caso isso ajude alguém, o Ré e o Mi7 são tocados como a forma do acorde se parece na afinação DADF#AD (o acorde de Ré são apenas todas as cordas soltas), mas o resto dos acordes são tocados de acordo com sua forma na afinação regular.

para quem toca piano, os pequenos da-do-das (desculpe, não consigo explicar exatamente!) que permeiam a música mantêm o D de oitava dupla na mão esquerda e as notas são Lá-Si-Ré e depois Lá-Ré-Fá#. Para o tempo, gosto de colocá-los onde a tablatura tem um E7 (também não tenho 100% de certeza de que isso faz sentido, então, se não... desculpe!)

Caso alguém esteja se perguntando, o Lá menor7 e o Lá suspenso 6/9 podem ser tocados fazendo pestana nas cordas 1-4 na 5ª casa e na 7ª casa, respectivamente :)
