Waack: Kassio censors research based on weak argument

The president of the TSE (Superior Electoral Court), Kassio Nunes Marques, suspended an electoral survey that indicated losses for pre-candidate Flávio Bolsonaro after the revelation of audios of him with former banker Daniel Vorcaro, alleging that the survey had manipulated the interviewees to produce an unfavorable result for Flávio.

The decision caused enormous astonishment. It starts by suspending something that had already been published. In layman's terms, the same as closing the gate after "the cow went to the marsh". The decision was made thanks to a trick.

The president of the Court, the aforementioned minister Nunes Marques, appointed himself judge of the case, which had already been distributed. The decision itself was heavily criticized by operators in the field of law.
