Natural from Taió, in Santa Catarina, Nicole was born on April 13, 2000 alongside her twin brother. According to the goalkeeper, the bond between the two has always been very strong and has been present since their first steps into the sport.

When remembering the beginning of her career, the Brabas archer said that she started playing football precisely because she accompanied her brother in sports activities during her childhood.

"My brother is my everything. Anyone who is a twin knows that you create a very big connection, a bond, a very big bond, and we always did everything together. So, until the moment I left home, we were like flesh and blood, stuck together, doing everything together. I started playing because my father wanted to send him to school and I wanted to go along, I wanted to do things with him. So, to this day, even though it's been ten years since I left home, he's my best friend. He is always there with me, he is the person with whom I share, with whom I confide everything."

Nicole started her career at Juventus Jaraguá, in 2016, and quickly became part of the Brazilian team's youth teams. Afterwards, he spent time at Santos, Napoli-SC, Fluminense and Atlético-MG before arriving at Corinthians in 2024.

During the interview, the goalkeeper revealed that Nicolas has been by her side since the first tournaments played, even without showing the same interest in football.

"He was one of my biggest supporters. When we went to play, he hated it. He hated going to play ball, he hated going to the championships, he hated being there. But he went because I liked it, he was there with me. And I was the only girl, so maybe if he didn't go, my father might not let me go, or maybe I wouldn't be so well accepted. So, he went, stayed there, cheered, cheered. He was one of the guys, one of the pillars who supported me, who was with me, who wouldn't let anyone talk about me, who defended me to the death. So, when I started, I had a lot of support from him."

Since her arrival at Corinthians, Nicole has established herself as one of the main goalkeepers in Brazilian women's football. His debut with the black and white shirt took place in March 2024, in the 4 x 1 victory over América-MG in the Brazilian Championship.

Throughout her time at the club, the goalkeeper participated in victorious campaigns and won important titles, including two Women's Libertadores and two Brazilian Championships.

Nicole also recalled winning the 2024 Women's Libertadores and revealed her brother's emotion at watching that special moment in his career.

"We work our whole lives for moments like this. So, I think it's a feeling of relief from a job that was very well done by the entire department, not just by me. I was there representing it, but there's an entire department behind it. He (Nicolas) said how proud he was of me, how happy he was for me, how much I deserved it and how much he was also achieving. I think he was happier than I was, making a dream come true for me. We realized ourselves together at that moment."

Corinthians is on break due to the World Cup. The Brabas will return to the pitch after the tournament for the rest of the season, including the Campeonato Paulista Feminino and the knockout stages of the Copa do Brasil.
