Wesley is cut from the Brazilian team after injury and is out of the World Cup

Wesley was cut from the Brazilian team this Sunday (7), due to an injury to the adductor muscle of his left thigh in the friendly against Egypt. The athlete was substituted in the first half of the game, which ended 2-1 for Brazil.

For the position, Carlo Ancelotti called midfielder Éderson, currently an Atalanta athlete.

The Brazilian Football Confederation informs that the athlete Wesley was re-evaluated this Sunday by the Brazilian National Team's medical committee and underwent an imaging test.
