She continued: "They are reference teams, just as we (Corinthians) are a reference, I understand. And then you prepare game by game. Obviously it has an emotional charge of the World Cup, a competition that we have dreamed of for many years", she began.

Later, he detailed how the team prepared for the tournament. The Brabas reappeared for the start of the season in the first days of January and days before the semi-finals they left for England to begin preparing for the world-class competition. Despite the short preparation time, Ana Vitória praised the collective performance during the period.

"But our preparation was very short due to the calendar, which was pretty crazy. But it was very good, very intense. Very well done strength work. On the field too, very well done physical work. And I think we had a great competition", he continued.

Finally, it was questioned whether, in the near future, South American teams will have a greater chance of going head-to-head with European teams, as Timão was only surpassed by Arsenal in the Champions Cup in the final stretch of extra time. Just like in the national team scenario, the midfielder sees a promising scenario regarding this issue in the coming years.

"I think it will be possible (to go head to head). I think that in Brazil there is a lot of quality, the players have a lot of quality to be able to go head to head with any of the teams. In fact, we lost in extra time to Arsenal, who were the current champions of the Champions League."

"Our team too. Nowadays, I think everyone is a little afraid of playing against our team. So this shows the strength of the Brazilian player. And I have no doubt that, as the years go by, we will establish ourselves even more and gain that respect abroad and make this more affirmed", he concluded.

In two spells at Corinthians (2017/2018 and 2026), Ana Vitória scored nine goals and three assists in 69 games (42 as a starter), with 51 wins, 10 draws and eight defeats - 78.74% success rate. In addition, there are two titles won: Conmebol Libertadores (2017) and Campeonato Brasileiro (2018). Before returning to Brazil, he played in European football and played for Benfica (Portugal), PSG (France) and Atlético de Madrid (Spain).
