A group made up of Corinthians advisors and associates filed this Wednesday (3) a new request for impeachment against the club's president, Osmar Stabile. The request was forwarded to the president of the Deliberative Council and claims that the director had committed a series of statutory, administrative and legal violations related to the hiring of private security companies during his administration.
In the document, the signatories state that the alleged irregularities compromise the transparency, governance and financial health of Corinthians, in addition to constituting non-compliance with the club's statutes and the General Sports Law.

The request focuses part of its arguments on hiring the company Mega Assessoria Operacional Ltda., responsible for security services to Corinthians. According to the authors of the representation, the company was hired without formalizing a contract and without observing the procedures set out in the statute for exemptions from mandatory quotations. The text also states that there was no formal authorization from the Guidance Council (Cori), the body that should analyze this type of hiring.
The signatories highlight that the company was incorporated in July 2025 and its sole partner is Fernando José da Silva, known as "Nandão", operational manager of Corinthians and close collaborator of the current management.

The application also mentions Stabile's public statements about the case. The authors allege that the president merely communicated the hiring to the internal supervisory bodies, without previously submitting it to the approval required by the club's rules.
Another point raised concerns payments made to the company. According to the document, Mega would have issued three invoices which, together, amount to approximately R$676 thousand. The counselors claim that the payments were made without the existence of a formal contract between the parties and point out supposed inconsistencies in the issuance of invoices, including mentioning the replacement of documents later.
The request also cites investigations already initiated by the Public Ministry of São Paulo related to hiring and the invoices issued by the company.
New hire is also questioned
The document also makes reference to the hiring of Bear Security Ltda., recently revealed by journalist Livia Camilo, from Sport Insider. According to the authors of the request, the company was hired under circumstances similar to those attributed to Mega.
The report revealed that the company, based in Rio de Janeiro, only has Corinthians as a known client and is not regularized with the Federal Police to provide private security services. Despite this, according to the information released, the black and white board of directors had already made payments in excess of R$586,000 to Bear Security. According to the club, the hiring followed internal governance and compliance procedures and was motivated by credibility and the relationship of trust built with the professionals involved.
The authors of the impeachment request argue that the hiring described constitutes reckless management, due to the lack of competition, formal contracts, administrative transparency and compliance with internal control mechanisms.
The text maintains that such conduct may constitute a violation of the Corinthians statute, the General Sports Law, the Civil Code and the governance principles applicable to sports entities.
The counselors also point out a possible conflict of interests due to the relationship between members of management and those responsible for the contracted companies.
Requests presented to the Council
In the end, signatories require:
- the receipt and processing of Osmar Stabile's impeachment request;
- the formal communication to the São Paulo Public Prosecutor's Office to adopt the appropriate measures;
- the performance of an independent audit of the club's accounts, focusing on emergency hiring and payments made without a formal contract.
The document is signed by advisors Marcelo Mandel, Antonio Roque Citadini, Fernando Perino, Yun Ki Lee, Peterson Ruan, Miriam Athie, Suzy Miranda, André Moreno, Romero Avila, José Augusto Cardoso Mendes, as well as Corinthians associates, and requests the opening of a procedure to investigate the allegations and eventual removal of the president, if the accusations are confirmed.
Recent history
This is not the first movement by advisors and associates against Osmar Stabile's management. In April, a group of Corinthians members presented a request for impeachment of the president, alleging alleged violations of the club's Bylaws and legal regulations applicable to the entity's administration.
At the time, the focus of the dispute was the agreement signed between Corinthians and the Attorney General's Office of the National Treasury (PGFN) to resolve a tax debt estimated at R$1.2 billion. The authors of the request particularly questioned the use of Parque São Jorge as a guarantee for negotiation.
According to the signatories, the board offered as a guarantee the set of properties that make up the club's headquarters, assets valued at approximately R$602.2 million. For the group, the measure would have been adopted without observing the procedures and authorizations provided for in Corinthians' internal rules.
