Chevrolet repositioned the Onix Activ within the 2027 line and transformed the version into a compact car with characteristics closer to those found in entry-level sports utility vehicles. The list price is R$ 116,190, but GM announced a promotional price of R$ 114,990.

The Activ received a raised suspension and specific tires, changes that raised the ground clearance to 201 millimeters in the region between the axles. The tires are specific to the version.
The set also allowed reaching angles of attack of 19.7 degrees and departure angles of 28.1 degrees, favoring passage over speed bumps, ramps and uneven floors.
The brand says that this is the most profound change in the geometry of a version of the Onix.

According to Chevrolet, the development of the version took around a year of work by the brand's Brazilian engineering team. The result was a car measuring 4.16 meters long and 1.53 meters high, approximately 6 centimeters taller than the other Onix variants.
"It is not just a visual proposal inspired by the SUV universe, but a car with real technical content in terms of height, ability to overcome obstacles and experience behind the wheel. This allows Chevrolet to offer the adventurous model in a competitive way compared to entry-level vehicles", explains Paula Saiani, Director of Product Marketing at GM America do South.

Among the standard equipment, the hatch features automatic transmission, native Wi-Fi connection, 8-inch digital dashboard and MyLink multimedia center with 11-inch screen.
The finish also received exclusive details, such as seats with Activ identification, as well as darkened elements on the grille, rear view mirrors, wheels and brand logos.
On the exterior, the model gained also a functional roof rack and lanterns with crystallized lenses.
With the redesign, the Onix Activ takes over the space previously occupied by the LT and LTZ versions of the hatch. Chevrolet now positions it as the entry-level option for customers interested in the manufacturer's line of SUVs and crossovers, betting on the combination between the cost of a compact and the higher driving position typical of utility vehicles.
