Apollo, Jerusalem, Lebanese and Medusa: PCC "Disciplines" are arrested in SP

The Civil Police arrested, in an operation carried out this Monday (1st), four members appointed as "Disciplines" of the PCC (First Command of the Capital). The arrests took place in Baixada Santista.

In total, five search and seizure warrants and four temporary arrest warrants were executed in the São Paulo municipalities of Mongaguá, Peruíbe, Praia Grande and Guarujá.

According to the Civil Police, the investigation began after the arrest of a member of the faction identified as "Nike". Cross-checking of data and investigations that made it possible to identify and locate other members with strategic roles in the structure of the criminal organization, called "disciplines".

In Guarujá, police officers carried out a search and seizure warrant and temporary arrest against an individual known as "Apolo", aged 46. He is appointed as a member of the so-called "Final Tuning" of Baixada Santista, a position considered one of the most relevant within the regional criminal structure.

In the Vila Tupi neighborhood, Praia Grande, a 42-year-old suspect known as "Jerusalém" was temporarily arrested. He would be responsible for disciplining the criminal organization in Vale do Ribeira and the region.

In Balneário Verde, in Mongaguá, the police carried out a search and seizure warrant and temporary arrest against "Lebanês". The 34-year-old man is appointed as responsible for discipline in the city of Itanhaém.

In Peruíbe, in Vila Romar, a search and seizure warrant and temporary arrest were executed against a woman identified as "Medusa", aged 29, who would be responsible for the discipline of the city of Peruíbe.

The suspects were arrested and taken to the police station, remaining at the disposal of the courts.

PCC's "Nike"
Leandro da Luz Silva, 36 years old, known as "Nike", was arrested on April 6 in Mongaguá, on the coast of São Paulo. He is appointed as a member of the PCC (First Command of the Capital) faction.

According to investigations by Dise (Narcotics Investigations Station) in Itanhaém, "Nike" exercised the function of disciplining the criminal organization in the city. He would be responsible for running the so-called "crime court".

The operation was a direct consequence of the arrest of Ariane de Pontes Rolim, known as "Pandora". She acted as a kind of queen of PCC discipline on the south coast and in Vale do Ribeira.

It was by crossing information extracted from her cell phone, seized during her arrest, that investigators were able to identify Leandro and his activities in Mongaguá.

Based on evidence of participation in organized crime, the São Paulo Court issued temporary arrest and search and seizure warrants against Nike. While carrying out the investigation, authorities seized two cell phones from the residence.
