The Iranian state broadcaster said on Wednesday (27) that it had access to the draft memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States.
According to the report, the proposal envisages that US military forces will withdraw from the vicinity of Iran and lift the naval blockade.
In return, Iran has committed to restoring the number of commercial ships transiting through the Strait of Hormuz to pre-war levels within a month.
However, military vessels are not included in the agreement.
The management and routing of maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz will be the responsibility of Iran, in cooperation with Oman.
If a final agreement is reached within 60 days, it will be approved as a binding UN Security Council resolution.
Iranian officials arrive in Qatar to negotiate a peace deal with the US
Earlier, Mohamad Akbarzadeh, deputy political chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, stated that he considers the resumption of hostilities with the United States unlikely, despite recent American attacks and while diplomatic efforts to end the conflict continue.
"The possibility of war is low due to the weakness of the enemy. The Armed Forces are on alert, with magazines full," said Mohamad Akbarzadeh, deputy political chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, quoted by Tasnim news agency.
"Do not doubt that we will transform the area from Chabahar to Mahshahr in a cemetery for the aggressors," he added, mentioning cities at each end of Iran's vast southern coast.
The Iranian position was revealed a day after Tehran accused Washington of violating the ceasefire, in force since April, and warned that it was prepared to take reprisal measures following the most serious attacks since the start of the truce.
The war in the Middle East began in late February with American and Israeli attacks on Iran, but has it spread quickly on several fronts, which affected the entire Middle East and caused a crisis in the global energy market.
Iran and the United States have been waging a war of declarations for several weeks, while negotiating an agreement with Pakistan's mediation.
The Iranian Intelligence Ministry stated in a statement released this Wednesday that the objective of the United States and Israel continues to be to overthrow the Islamic Republic and dismember the country.
"The enemy now pursues, by other means, the objective of overthrowing and fragmenting the country," highlights the note.
With no clear victor in the war, neither side appears willing to budge on the talks' key sticking points, which include the Strait of Hormuz and Iran's nuclear program.
Iran has effectively closed the Strait of Hormuz, a shipping route essential to international oil and gas trade, while the United States responded with a naval blockade of Iranian ports.

Agreement 'within reach'
Iranian state media reported explosions in the port city of Bandar Abbas, near the Strait of Hormuz, and the Revolutionary Guard said on Tuesday that its forces shot down an American drone that entered the country's airspace and opened fire on an F-35 fighter jet.
The Foreign Ministry said Tehran "will not leave unanswered any evil act and will not hesitate to defend the Iranian nation."
The day before, the spokesman for the United States Central Command (Centcom), Captain Tim Hawkins, had announced new American attacks against Iran.
"Today, American forces carried out attacks in self-defense in southern Iran to protect our troops from the threats posed by Iranian forces," said Hawkins.
In a message on the occasion of the beginning of the Eid al-Adha festival, Iran's supreme leader, the Ayatollah Mojtaba Jamenei said that Washington is losing influence in the Middle East and warned that countries in the region must stop hosting bases from which the Americans could launch attacks.

Despite the attacks, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Tuesday that a peace agreement remained within reach, while insisting that the Strait of Hormuz will be reopened "one way or another".
Iran has demanded that any peace agreement also applies to Lebanon, where a truce announced on April 17 failed to stop the fighting that began when the Hezbollah armed group attacked Israel in early March.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised on Monday to "crush" Hezbollah, and an Israeli military commander told AFP on Tuesday that the country's forces were expanding ground operations into Lebanese territory.
Efforts for a peace agreement between Washington and Tehran continue: Iranian state broadcaster IRIB reported that a high-level delegation returned on Tuesday from a two-day visit to Qatar; the government announced that it is finalizing a 14-point project for an agreement to end the war.
