The president of Fiesp (Federation of Industry of the State of São Paulo), Paulo Skaf, stated this Tuesday (26) that the end of the 6×1 scale affects the competitiveness of companies in Brazil.
In a press conference with journalists in Brasília, he also reported that there was a lack of dialogue with the government and the Chamber of Deputies on the PEC (Proposed Amendment to the Constitution), and criticized the accelerated processing of the text.
"In the Chamber of Deputies, there was a lack of dialogue. The speed and hasty way in which the project was handled, which was presented by the rapporteur, meant that the sectors were not heard. This is not how to discuss a topic of interest to the country, which affects people, companies and competitiveness", said Skaf.
