One of the points that has not yet been answered is the technical analysis of the various medicines seized in the house where the young man was found dead. According to the police report, the seized medicines were identified as "possible anabolic steroids".

Gabriel Ganley's death reignites debate on the use of hormones and medications | CNN PRIME TIME
Ganley's heart
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, confirmed by IML sources as the cause of Ganley's death, is a genetic disease that causes the heart muscle (myocardium) to become abnormally thick.
According to experts and medical manuals, this is a common cause of sudden death in young altetals, as the rigid walls of the ventricle prevent the heart from relaxing and filling with blood properly during intense activity.
In many cases, heart disease is considered "silent", as it does not present clear symptoms in everyday life.
The bodybuilder's death
The police report registered by the São Paulo Civil Police regarding the death of bodybuilding athlete and influencer Gabriel Ganley describes that the case was initially classified as "suspicious death - sudden death, with no apparent determining cause" and remains under investigation.
According to the document, military police were called on Saturday morning (23) to respond to an incident in an apartment in Mooca, east zone of São Paulo.
According to the report registered in the BO, a friend of Gabriel stated that he was contacted by the athlete's family after they were unable to contact him since Thursday (21). The friend told the police that he decided to go to the property because a similar situation had occurred previously, when Gabriel was just sleeping and not responding to messages.
Also according to the document, upon arriving at the location, the friend found the lights in the apartment on and, given the lack of response, entered the property with the help of those responsible for the condominium after breaking in the door.
The bulletin states that Gabriel's body was located in the apartment's kitchen, lying on the floor and with no apparent signs of life. The record describes that there was blood in the facial region and a reddish color on the face, but highlights that, in a preliminary observation, no apparent signs of violence were identified.
In a statement to the police, the friend reported that he touched the body just to check if there was breathing and noticed that the skin was already cold. He then called the Military Police by calling 190.
The BO also records that the police authority requested technical expertise and attended the scene accompanied by the investigation team.
According to the document, several medications described preliminarily as possible anabolic steroids were seized in the apartment, which will be sent for further analysis by the responsible district.
The record highlights that the property was clean and organized and that, during the initial analysis of the scene, no apparent signs of violence were observed. The body was sent to the IML (Legal Medical Institute), and the definition of the cause of death will depend on expert reports.
