Institute opens 10,000 free places for professional training

The Coca-Cola Brazil Institute (ICCB) announces the opening of 10,000 vacancies for the Coca-Cola Youth + English Collective. Aimed at people between 16 and 29 years old, the program combines practical training, development of behavioral skills, second language skills and direct connection with the job market in more than 400 partner companies.

Registration can be made on this website, or on the application available for Android and IOS. Vacancies remain open as long as scholarships are available.

The course is completely online and free and can be completed at each participant's own pace. The first stage consists of 12 short and practical video lessons, which include some skills that are increasingly valued by companies, including: preparation for selection processes, CV preparation, professional behavior, communication, critical thinking, collaboration and problem solving.

According to IBGE data, the unemployment rate among young people reached 14.9% in the first quarter of 2026, more than double the national average. At the same time, companies report difficulty hiring qualified professionals, especially with socio-emotional skills and knowledge of English.

For Daniela Redondo, executive director of the Coca-Cola Brazil Institute, mastering a second language has become an important differentiator in the current scenario. "In an increasingly integrated and digital world, mastery of a second language is a relevant differentiator. The inclusion of English in the training journey responds to this demand and expands young people's access to opportunities in sectors that require global skills", he states.
