Police arrest "Da7", investigated as leader of the "crime court"

The man identified as André by the authorities, aged 39, known as "Da7" and identified as one of the PCC leaders active in Guarujá, was arrested, this Friday (22), by the Civil Police.

The capture was carried out by the 3rd Homicide Investigations Police Station.

According to the corporation, the arrest occurred after serving a temporary arrest warrant. The request was made in the context of investigations related to homicides carried out in the so-called "crime court", promoted by criminal associations.

According to police findings, "Da7" is part of the leadership of the criminal organization and would be responsible for deliberating and determining the executions of members of rival factions through the "crime court".

The investigations also pointed out the possible involvement of the person being investigated in the death of Maria Eduarda, aged 20, which occurred on January 2 of this year. The motivation for the crime would be related to an alleged connection between the victim and a rival faction.
