Mileide Mihaile leaves her post as Tijuca drum queen at Carnival 2027

Influencer Mileide Mihaile announced this Friday (22) that she left her post as drum queen of Unidos da Tijuca at Carnival in 2027.

She took on the role since the departure of singer Lexa and paraded through the school in 2025 and 2026. "I experienced unforgettable moments at the school and was warmly welcomed by the wonderful community. As I close this cycle, I do so with a deep feeling of gratitude, as this experience had a significant impact on my life", wrote the influencer on her social media.

"Samba will continue to be an essential part of my history and my love for Carnival", he added when thanking him for his time at school. So far, Mileide has not announced whether she will march for another association next year.

The school also commented on Mileide's departure and thanked her for the partnership over the last two years. "Throughout her career with us, Mileide represented our school with dedication, friendliness and respect for the Tijucana community, participating in important moments of the season. We thank her for all her partnership, affection and dedication, wishing her much success and leaving the doors open for tomorrow."

So far, the Borel association has not yet announced who will take over Mileide's position. In April, Unidos da Tijuca announced that the plot of Carnival 2027 will be based on the book "A Cabeça do Santo", by author Socorro Accioli. The samba school explains that the theme is inspired by the famous saint walls of Ceará, which will transform the iconic head of Santo Antônio de Caridade into the altar of your fantasies.
