A pony was stuck in a tractor tire in the city of Stoke-on-Trent, England. It's not known exactly how he ended up in this situation, but the RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) believes he went after a treat and couldn't get out.
The rescue organization said it received a call about an animal in distress. When they arrived, they found the pony with matted hair, dirty and having difficulty breathing.
A rescuer and residents freed the pony quickly and carefully. He is now up and in good health.
