Ok so I guess this is properly played with drop-D, but this is standard,
so no need to re-tune. This is how I play it, with an acoustic. Try it out.
Standard tuning
A6sus4 = x0423x Asus2 = x02400
A7sus4 = x0523x Dsus2 = xx0230
INTRO
Am A6sus4 A7sus4 A6sus4
VERSE1
Am A6sus4 A7sus4 A6sus4
Water grey, through the windows, up the stairs
Am A6sus4 A7sus4 A6sus4
Chilling rain, like an ocean everywhere
Don't want to reach for me do you, I mean nothing to you
The little things give you away
And now there will be no mistaking, the levees are breaking
CHORUS
Am G D Em Am G D Em
All you've ever wanted, was someone to truly look up to you
And six feet underwater I do
INTERLUDE
Am A6sus4 A7sus4 A6sus4
VERSE2
Am A6sus4 A7sus4 A6sus4
Hope decays, generations disappear
Am A6sus4 A7sus4 A6sus4
Washed away, as a nation simply stares
Don't want to reach for me do you, I mean nothing to you
The little things give you away
But now there will be no mistaking, the levees are breaking
CHORUS
Am G D Em Am G D Em
All you've ever wanted, was someone to truly look up to you

Ei, gostei mais desta tablatura do que das outras!
Acho que esta, se tocada em um violão acústico, soa simplesmente ótimo!
Muito obrigado, se você ainda estiver por aí!

So, little improvements :
1) On the main movement, which on your tab is :
Am A6sus4 A7sus4 A6sus4
Adding some more variations sounds nice (rhythm can be easily figured out) :
Am Asus2 A6sus4 A7sus4 A6sus4 Asus4
Where Asus2 is x02200 (I'll call the x02400 used later in the tab, A9sus2), and Asus4 is x02230. Btw, A6sus4 and A7sus4 sound as good, if not better, with open high E string to me :-)
2) On the chorus, I took off the Em, so I just play D twice. Em does not sound great. And ending the chorus on E (major) instead of G is cool (found it on another chord tab, probably was the only good thing on it xD). Doesn't work for the very last chorus with extended end tho.
3) Last of my changes is about the end part, where you just have to alternate C and D. I prefer playing a D11 (x54030) instead of the regular D, it's more practical because you don't change finger positions from the C chord (just have to move two frets up), and it sounds great for this. At least it's my opinion ;-)
Here are my ideas about this excellent tab, do whatever you want with ! ^^
