The cue keeps playing into the next scene, in both the standard theatrical release where Michael arrives in New Hampshire, spots Kay and her students on the street and tells her it's good to see her - As well as the deleted scene from The Godfather Saga where Vito shows Michael the vegetables in his garden as they talk about how to take revenge.. It is flowing in and out of another cue from this re-release; Marry Me, Kay, as well as a yet unreleased one; Autumn. Or as per Nino Rota's notes: Autonno. With said release, we find out that only a small portion of the track was used for the film. Composed by Rota and conducted by Carlo Savina, it opens with the Main Title or melody to the Godfather Waltz and then takes us through elements of The Halls Of Fear, Sollozzo's Theme, Autumn and The New Godfather or Michael's Theme. Featured instruments are the cornet, horn, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, flute, string section, piano and celeste. The last being an asset that would end up later being re-used in 1990 for Altobello's theme of Part III and what I had previously mistaken for a harpsichord.
