on the Run is an American reality competition television series which first aired on VH1 from April 2 to July 15, 2001. The show featured four unsigned bands competing for a prize package which included $50,000 in cash, $100,000 in musical equipment from Guitar Center, a showcase in front of recording executives, and a fully produced music video to be aired on VH1. In the season finale, it was revealed that the band Flickerstick won the competition. Sleeping At Last é um projeto musical de rock alternativo liderado pelo cantor-compositor e multi-instrumentista Ryan O'Neal. O projeto iniciou em Wheaton (Illinois) como um trio, com Ryan O'Neal como vocalista e guitarrista, seu irmão Chad O'Neal como baterista, e Dan Perdue como baixista. A banda gravou independentemente seu primeiro álbum, Capture, em 2000, o qual usaram para atrair a atenção do vocalista da Smashing Pumpkins, Billy Corgan, que os ajudou a conseguir um contrato com uma grande gravadora, a Interscope Records. A banda lançou seu primeiro e único álbum de uma grande gravadora, Ghosts em 2003, antes de se tornar novamente independente e lançar Keep No Score em 2006, e Storyboards em 2009.
