Primeiro acorde: E 6 acordes identificados
Tabbed by: Jimbob - jimbobriley@gmail.com
As with the other Clientele tabs, you need to add a few
embellishments due to the picking. On the normal E chord during
the Chorus Alistair seems to use his little finger on the high
E string to pick out the 4th and 2nd frets.
The E* means play with the 7th fret barre version of the chord.
Also use your little finger here in the Chorus to pick out some
of those high notes further up the neck. The Bsus4 chord
means alternate between B and Bsus4 fairly obvious in the
track.

B E A E
When I'm riding home at night now
B E A E
I get in so tired

To the saws and bows that spell out

----------
B E* F#
But driving west now
E* B
Half-past five
My skin is cut
My hands are knives
I could be anyone alive
But I just can't fit
And it's too late to quit
----------
[Refrão]E* Bsus4
When the night air comes to me
I wonder if the days I've lived through count
E* Bsus4
With the world strung like a rosary
Through faces moving in the crowd
----------
A E Bsus4
What is the color and the number
When happiness begins?
A E Bsus4
When the knight waits in the laurels
Hesitating...
----------
| C# |
I found a clarity I've never known
In fag-end weeks before I left for school
The darkness in the pylons
And the smoke and creosote
E A E
Cancelling the faces that we knew

| E | freak out on the E chord
----------
Did they forget the light inside your eyes?
Those simple words, those lovers' signs?
The hand is dealt, the cards are played
But I just can't fit
And it's too late to quit
----------
[Refrão]E* Bsus4
I saw them, and I knew them all
Inside a sheet of flame

I saw them, and I knew them all
Inside a sheet of flame
