Muscle fibers are composed of thread like myofibrils

They are overlapping thin and thick filaments of proteins

Nerves send electricity the muscles in neuromuscular junctions

An electrical signal stimulates the flow of calcium in the muscle causing the

When the Sarcomeres shortens the muscle contorts

When billions of muscles fibers shorten the entire muscle contracts

Not all fibers contract only the enough to move the load

When stretched some fibers stretch other remain at rest

Now the brain/neural component The muscle spindle records the stretch.
